- Active search and identification of companies interested in sea, rail, air, road and warehouse logistics services
- Sales of services – promoting and selling solutions in the field of sea, rail, air, road and warehouse logistics
- Building long-term relationships with existing clients, monitoring their satisfaction and supporting them in developing cooperation
- Creating and updating databases in the company system
- Initial analysis of customer needs, telephone, email and personal contact to understand the requirements and expectations of potential contractors
- Organizing business meetings, participating in meetings and trade fairs, and preparing tailored commercial offers
- Market analysis – ongoing monitoring of trends and needs in the TSL sector and reporting them to superiors
- Co-creating sales strategies
- Reporting improvements – active participation in the process of optimizing the work of the sales and forwarding departments by sharing ideas and implementing improvements
- Cooperation with company departments and branches
Our Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably TSL industry)
- Fluent knowledge of English (necessary condition)
- Category B driving license required
- Ability to conduct sales talks and build relationships
- Good work organization and independence
