Freight forwarding forms the basis of an effective supply chain and is a key pillar of the global economy. Our task is to organise the transport of goods and manage it comprehensively on behalf of and for the benefit of our contractors.

ARTEKTO is a team of experienced TSL specialists who offer not only their expertise, but above all their commitment, creativity and loyalty. From administrative and accounting staff to freight forwarders and management, we know and understand each other’s work and its impact on the company as a whole. We base our cooperation with our partners on the same principles. First and foremost, we strive to get to know and understand each other. Our main goal is not only to provide basic freight forwarding services – we want to get to know our partner so that we can design the best possible logistics solutions, while at the same time being one of the pillars of their development.

ARTEKTO focuses on providing the highest quality services in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. By standardising processes and applying modern solutions for effective organisation management, we strive to eliminate the causes of non-compliance and develop solutions that ensure the reliability and effectiveness of processes.

We are therefore committed to paying particular attention to the following areas:

    • striving for complete customer satisfaction through efficient communication and meeting their expectations
    • building partnership relations with customers and suppliers by learning about their needs and expectations,
    • ensuring a high level of quality in all areas covered by the Quality Management System,

    • motivating employees to continuously improve their qualifications and the quality of their work,
    • striving to achieve the adopted objectives of the Quality Management System,

    • identifying and managing opportunities.

In addition, we are committed to complying with legal and other applicable requirements, as well as to providing the resources necessary for the functioning and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10 standard.
